If you’re calling and receiving a “mailbox full” message, my apologies. Apparently there’s a voicemail box in our system (not our general box and not my mailbox) that has been racking up messages and I don’t have access to it. I’ve been trying to work with Qwest to get access to the messages without just resetting our system, because that would delete all our messages and I want to make sure those messages get addressed. However apparently this is an “unusual situation” and getting assistance and response from them is taking forever.
